Slow Flow Yoga Class is a 60-minute Vinyasa style session designed for beginners to intermediate students (Free example available: https://www.myessentialyoga.org/online_store).
Students will be guided step by step through a sequence designed to enhance flexibility and strength of the body and mind. The slow pace of the class helps to enhance body awareness and promotes a learning environment. Slow does not mean you won’t be challenged! To meet the needs of various levels, enhancements, props and modifications are offered. Join us for this tranquil experience and find your inner peace! Bring a mat and props or borrow ours. (Hybrid class, offered online via Zoom and in person)
