Yoga & Meditation (In Person @ Binghamton Yoga)

This class blends a well-rounded, flowing yoga practice with guided meditation to support both body and mind. Movement is coordinated with breath to help you feel grounded and present, followed by time to learn and experience different meditation techniques that encourage mental clarity & calm.

Classes include approximately 50 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of guided meditation, and 10 minutes of final relaxation. Open to all levels.
